It's all about TIME (Teamwork, information, Motivation, Energy)
June 25, 2020 at 1 pm
This “new normal” has required us to treat TIME in different and unique way. As real estate professionals we are still expected to wear many different hats and how we do that in a virtual world can feel daunting. One advantage to a new way of working has provided more “thinking time” as well as forcing us to take inventory of our resources to maintain some level of balance.

This workshop offers the following strategies:
-
Encouraging virtual teams
-
Sharing information effectively
-
Motivation in times of uncertainty
-
Measuring ROE – Return on Energy
