ABOUT THE NORTHERN VIRGINIA CHAPTER...
The Northern Virginia chapter of IREM® is comprised of over 500 site, property, and asset managers of office buildings, shopping centers, apartments and condominiums. Chapter meetings are attended by the most important and influential property managers and decision makers in the area. As an Industry Partner, business sponsors are afforded the opportunity of personally networking with property managers at chapter meetings and advertising their services in the chapter newsletter and on the chapter website.
SPONSORSHIP OPPORTUNITIES
Industry Partner fees and benefits:
Annual fee: $2750
Includes:
- Invitations to attend all chapter events in 2026 at the ticketed price (up to two representatives per event). These include our general membership meetings listed below, plus our I.N.G. (IREM Networking Group/Young Professionals) quarterly events, our community outreach events, our summer party, the IREM Gala, the December Holiday Happy Hour, and our January Industry Forecast and Trade Show.
- Listing on our website, alphabetically and by business specialty
- Regular promotions in our newsletters, social media and slideshows as a supporting industry partner
Marquee Sponsor fees and benefits:
Limited to one firm per event, this optional tier invites our industry partners to be a sole “marquee” sponsor at one of our general membership meetings at an additional fee as follows. Marquee sponsors would be the only named sponsor that particular event and would have these benefits:
- Only firm on all marketing material, e.g., “April general membership meeting, sponsored by ABC Construction”.
- Ability to bring 3 representatives at no cost to their meeting
- Introduction at meeting as the sponsor
- Opportunity to speak briefly and/or to introduce the program speaker
- Special slide in our power point program and/or signage at the event
- Invitation to be a member of one of the chapter’s committees

April 15 Happy Hour & Dinner $2,500
June 3 Happy Hour $2,000
September 30 Happy Hour $2,000
November 4 Awards/Installation Cocktail Party & Dinner $3,000
Pre-paid meetings (optional): $415
Marquee sponsorships are available on a first come first serve basis, only one per meeting.
*Pre-paid meetings include all regular monthly chapter meetings
