A forum on advancing towards your distinguished designation and the leverage it gives in building your personal brand.

Designed for our Candidate, ARM®, and Associate Members, this one-hour event will feature a presentation from an IREM® Headquarters representative and local senior property management professionals on topics such as:

  • Designing a CPM course track that will work for you and your busy lifestyle, including tested advice from local chapter members who have successfully gone through the educational courses, fast track option and examination process.
  • Did you know that the CPM® title both improves your long-term reputation and hiring prospects? CPM Candidates earn on average 46% higher total compensation and hold double the amount of senior level leadership positions compared to managers without the designation.
  • How you can leverage support through available scholarship opportunities and resources from IREM®, both at the national and chapter levels. learn how to connect with key Chapter 77 contacts who are specifically available to support members in meeting their educational goals.


This is a FREE event for our Candidate, ARM, and Associate members. Attendees are invited to stay and network with chapter and other candidates at a happy hour following the event.
