REstart Program

The purpose of the REstart Program is to provide individuals caught in the cycle of poverty, unemployment, homeless, and domestic violence the opportunity to have a second chance in life. REstart offers participants training, mentoring and job placement assistance leading to careers in property management. But, more importantly, the program offers its graduates restored faith, renewed confidence and reclaimed self-respect. Selected participants from these shelters will be trained in residential property management through the IREM RES201 course and classes in customer service, business etiquette, and communication skills. After their course work is successfully completed, graduates will have the opportunity to apply for internships in property management, with the goal of permanent placement in long-term positions in the residential industry.

We are seeking volunteers in the industry, family and/or friends to serve in many different capacities. Please click HERE to see a description of all volunteer opportunities and PLEASE sign up. Your time, your passion, and your commitment WILL change someone’s life.
